Post by: Wanfang on August 08, 2011, 09:45:28 PM
Are you guys staying fit to your body? If you do exercise everyday what is your method?

I do jogging, Little weights lifting, sit ups, push ups and badminton as a sport.

I like to think of myself as an athletic chub X3

I jog a lot and run up & down the stairs of my apartment(I live on the second floor).  I also practice martial arts and swim/underwater wrestling ;3

30 minutes jogging up and down the stairs? Last time I've tried that neighbors are complaining me for blocking the staircase. Under water wrestling I'd like to see that.  I haven't seen one. :D

No.  Just the daily activity of running.  I don't own a car, so I just run or bike where I need to go.

As for the underwater wrestling, think of those mixed martial arts cage matches.  But we can only stay underwater for no more than 5 seconds, so that we don't drown the other person.  No hitting the groin or choking, and hits to the face must be light.  Everything else is game(punching, kicking, etc.  But my friend doesn't want me to scratch anymore, lol).  I even go as far as shoving my crotch into their face, so that they'll move away from me if they're about to do a grapple.

It won't be effective if the person who likes it.  ::) I see your area is a snatching area too.

I only fight my straight friend.  However, he made me agree to not do any nipple twisting or fingering XD It makes him freak out, and then I'm able to grapple him X3

weakness of the opponent make it freak out. They have to aim their stunning spot or ticklish spot to stun them. They use their thumbs or car keys to do it.

I used to be fit, but now I spend way too much time in front of the computer :'(

I try to do yoga every week though so that it'll help with my back pain X(

Ouch. I used to get back pain a lot too. Although I don't get it anymore. Not sure why. I guess just watching your posture helps in general.

Anyway, I've just started going to the gym recently 'cause I'm skinny and weak, so I've decided enough is enough - I need to get in shape. I definitely feel a lot better already doing it. Plus hot men just stand around completely naked in the changing rooms which is always a plus. Not that I stare or anything...... :P

I usually workout in the morning. I don't have access to a gym until next month, but I still have weights at home.
I plan on getting built! Yeahya-

You better jog too before starting yoga. Sweating is the best way to get rid of fats and blood pumping.

to be more reflexive. Dance.

You need an exercise buddy. Going to gym alone is boring. You will be more active and competitive on your achievements. After finish exercise you rest for 15 minutes before heading in the showers. If you took a bath right away after you exercise your blood veins will start showing in shower and blood pumping is will be out of control. That's why some men are sitting there naked before showers to rest.

Do not focus just weights only. You need to warm up your body to burn fats and blood for 20-30 minutes then do weights. If you don't you will have hard time moving. Arms big of muscles but round stomach. Oh yeah after each session of weights do the stretches to expand your muscles.

Yoga is awesome. It really helps me with my back pain when I sit too long in front of the computer.
It'll also make you sweat as heck! Don't underestimate it just because it looks slow. Well, I did. And it turns out it is much more difficult that it looks XD
It won't make you muscular of course, but it'll help make your body more flexible, and I guess that mean less chance of getting injure from exercise :)

Well I never wanted to look like the Gouvernator but a little bit muscular is never to bad.
