Getting locked out of my account

Hi , to anyone who reads this.
I am Mess . For the past several weeks I have been lokced out of my forum account.
I knew my password, but no matter how many times I tried it  It would not work.
I tried the password reste option .... It did not work ever
I tried contacting the People who run this forum and got no response .
It was very upsettign

I could not post or do anything I could not log in.
I would not have been able to contact them on this site.
This was the second time this has happend to me .
