Sugar Shooter in Different Languages

Hey, I just found a Sugar Shooter Saturday comic that was translated into Brazilian Portuguese :3

Just thought it was probably worth mentioning.  It's great that people from other countries are translating it in their own language to spread it around, yes?

Would love to see the comic in Taiwanese or Chinese as well...according to the stats, many people access the blog from China, so I think there are many Chinese SS fan as well, but they probably don't speak English, hence why they never show up in the blog or the board.

Ultimately, I want Sugar Shooter to be free, so anyone can translate it without having to ask me permission or anything though

Why would you want Sugar Shooter to be free?

Well, why wouldn't I?   More people will be able to enjoy the game, and the game can spread further. It's also fun to see what will people do with the game and all the possibilities that fans can come up with.

I guess so...But it would feel a lot better if you made a little bit of profit.  Or are you just copying the underwear gnomes' business plan?

Just because the game's free doesn't mean I can't profit though If people like the game, I'm sure they'll make a donation or go buy merchandise instead. Anyone can create a digital copy of my game freely, so I don't see why I have to limit their rights. If they pay money, then it's because they really like the game and would really like to support us, instead of paying because that's the only way to play the full game.

There are many example of this already though and I feel that this is the way the digital content will be moving toward to in the future. I can't do that with Sugar Shooter yet because Take-san would be involve, which I think he isn't quite ready yet. This is a reason why I make Kemo Coliseum free though

Haven't watched that episode of Extra Credits yet though! As for Catherine, I have to have a PS3 first to see how is Catherine like (;w ; )

Wellll, I'm working on a Spanish and Portuguese version of the wiki with some kind translators.
I don't know how long it'll take, but we'll have at least three complete language versions of the wiki in the future!
