I don't know why I put this topic. Give me 1 good reason why the Prince never wears a shirt?

Shirt?.... I never heard of it in my kingdom?

I wonder the same thing too. It just looks so weird to see him with a scarf, but no shirt. Can't he at least get a bomber jacket?
