A collector edition boxed version?

So, Bryan from The Gay Gamer blog asked us whether we're planning to make a limited edition boxed version of the game. It's interesting indeed and we have thought about it, but I'd like to ask you guys first.

What do you think about the ideas? Would you buy it? Would you want something to accompany with the box set?

(In case you're wondering. The Japanese version was a boxed one indeed, but it's pretty normal, considering it was made in-house for a comic event. No screen on the CD, Bluray box, folded printed manual attached inside. The collector edition would of course be higher quality.)

It sounds great, but a lot of guys are very hush hush about their gay porn in public.  Unless you can install a SFW mode into the game, you won't get a lot of buyers.  I mean, it would be horrible if my brother found my disk and tried to play it, lol

Reiga, that is my concern as well! If you live with people who don't know you're gay, then I doubt you want to having something gay-related like this in your room or your house. Many people emailed and asked me wheter Sugar Shooter will be shipped to their house, because they can't buy the game if that's the case.

On the other hand, there are people who don't mind and would like to keep it in a box form as well. It would be interesting to hear people thoughts on this.

Oooh. I don't know... I love collectors editions and everyone knows I'm gay... But I am very hush about my porn habits, even to my close female friends lol. Then again it's not like people open my packages although they might question what it is. I guess I could just say it just another videogame and store it with my many other videogames and nobody would notice.... Hmmm....

Would you need a certain amount of people to buy it to make it possible? Maybe you could make a poll to gauge the public's interest. Also, how much more would a collectors edition cost including postage roughly?

Duh I would. But I don't know if enough other people would. But me personally, hell yeah that would be rad.

That one is very hard. Like I said it's not safe for me to play in the crowded house.  It's not safe for me in mail. I'd rather download it. Only people who  goes to convention and lives alone in the apartment can only buy that.
